2003 Saturn Vue - Price Quote

Visit Saturn for more information on the Saturn Vue.

The Saturn VUE is the longest compact sport-utility vehicle in the segment. Introduced midway through the 2002 model year, the VUE features the added convenience of increased space. This provides owners with more cargo-carrying options and passengers with a bit of extra space to kick the legs out.

Even though it is a new model, the VUE still gets a number of enhancements for 2003. But the 2003 Saturn VUE still maintains a very Saturnesque look that is both clean and contemporary. With Saturn's unique polymer bodyside panels, the 2003 Saturn VUE has a rugged and dent-resistant body that can boost resale value by helping prevent parking-lot dings and rust.

Available Models
The 2003 Saturn VUE is offered with two engines and either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

Interior Features
The four-door 2003 Saturn VUE can seat five, with a total of 30 cubic feet of storage space left over. The VUE's spaceframe design helps give a low step-in height for easy entry and exit. The Saturn VUE also features a rear cargo opening wide enough to accommodate a 4-foot wide object. The roomy rear cargo compartment is free of clutter, with the spare tire stowed beneath the load floor.

The options list features all sorts of goodies. The OnStar system, a power sunroof, an AM/FM/cassette player with an in-dash 6-disc CD changer and floormats are some of the items that jump out.

Exterior Features
The 2003 Saturn VUE has car-friendly bumpers that provide increased protection from parking lot damage. Because the spare tire is mounted inside the vehicle, not on the back, the potential for damage from low-speed rear impacts is significantly reduced.

Customers can choose between two available engines. One is a 2.2-liter 4-cylinder model that produces 143 horsepower at 5400 rpm and 152 lb-ft. of torque at 4000 rpm. The other is a 3.0-liter V6 with 181 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 195 lb-ft. of torque at 4000 rpm.

The 2003 Saturn VUE is the only sport utility to offer a VTi variable transmission, part of GM's family of transmissions. The VTi uses a pair of variable-diameter pulleys and a special steel belt to precisely match engine output to vehicle speed.

Safety and Security
4-cylinder models feature dual front airbags and an emergency inside trunk release. Saturn VUE models with the V6 engine add traction control and antilock brakes. Curtain side airbags are optional.
