Visit Nissan for more information on the Nissan Frontier.

The 2003 Nissan Frontier comes in so many different models that pickup truck consumers will be certain to find one to suit them. Nissan offers the Frontier in two cab styles: the King Cab and the Crew Cab, and provides the option of 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive, and manual or automatic transmission. This truck offers three different engines, including the 3.3- litre V6 supercharged engine under the hood of the SVE King Cab, S/C King Cab, the SVE Crew Cab, and the S/C Crew Cab.

Available Models
The 2003 Nissan Frontier is available in the following models: Standard, XE King Cab, XE Desert Runner King Cab, SE Desert Runner King Cab, 4WD SE King Cab, SVE King Cab, S/C King Cab, XE Crew Cab, SE Crew Cab, SVE Crew Cab, and S/C Crew Cab. The King Cab models contain 2-door extended cabs, while the Crew Cab models have 4-door extended cabs. As expected with such a range of models, there are a number of options to choose from.

Interior Features
Interior features in all 2003 Nissan Frontier models include a center console, a tachometer, power steering, and cloth upholstery. The SE Desert Runner King Cab provides many more features, such as air conditioning, outside temperature indicator, and cruise control. Both the S/C King Cab and the S/C Crew Cab come with leather-wrapped steering wheels. Options available on the S/C Crew Cab include leather upholstery, and a Rockford Fosgate sound system.

Exterior Features
A projected midyear add-on for the Crew Cab models will be the "Open Sky" fabric sunroof. First in its class, this power roof will offer nearly five square feet, once opened. All Crew Cab models are equipped with rear privacy glass and a sliding window, as are the upper level King Cab models. The S/C Crew Cab and the upper level King Cabs come with step rails as standard. Color-keyed front bumpers and roof racks are options on some models, standard on others.

Performance
Engine sizes range from 2.4-litre dohc 4-cylinder to 3.3-litre V6 to the 3.3-litre V6 supercharged version available in the SVC and S/C models. This supercharged engine achieves power of 210 hp at 4800 rpm, and measures 231 lbs-ft of torque at 2800 rpm. The regular V6 is not too far behind, with 180 hp at 4800 rpm, and 202 lbs-ft of torque at 2800 rpm.

Safety and Security
All Frontier models have LATCH-system child-seat anchors included for 2003. Another safety feature optional on the XE and SE Crew Cab models is an antiskid system and traction control. Dual front airbags and anti-lock brakes are standard on all models.
