With a proven track record and a reputation for being amongst the most popular vans around for years, the Chrysler Voyager Passenger Van decisively introduces the new 2002 line up. Whether you have a growing family, need transportation for your business or just enjoy a busy lifestyle, the Voyager Passenger Van is a surefire bet.

Available Models
Two versatile models are offered for 2002 - the Voyager Passenger Van and the Voyager LX Passenger Van - each with a seating capacity of seven passengers in a spacious and functional cabin.

Interior Features
Luxuries and conveniences include such standards as air conditioning and AM/FM stereo with CD player and four speakers for entertainment value - an important feature when you have kids traveling with you.

The Voyager LX model adds steering wheel-mounted speed control, power windows, and power door locks. A premium AM/FM stereo with CD player and six speakers features a powerful sound with excellent clarity.

Exterior Features
The rear liftgate opens effortlessly and permits you direct access to the cargo area, which can also be reached through the interior. For easy loading and unloading of passengers, both the passenger-side rear door and the driver-side rear door slide open and shut smoothly.

The LX model tags on heated dual power outside mirrors, the rear window has a built-in defroster and windshield wiper de-icer, and the wheels are upgraded with Solara covers.

Performance
The base model Chrysler Voyager Passenger Van packs a 2.4-litre, 16-valve, SOHC, four-cylinder engine under the hood that creates fairly good acceleration. A fully independent front suspension and with MacPherson struts makes for precise handling and a smooth overall drive.

The 2002 Chrysler Voyager LX Passenger Van features the addition of a 3.3-litre six-cylinder engine that produces 180 horsepower. The standard transmission is a four-speed automatic.

Safety and Security
In addition crumple zones and side impact door beams, the Chrysler Voyager Passenger Van is equipped with safety standards such as child seat tethers/anchors and child safety locks in the rear. As well, each vehicle comes with basic safety measures such as a passenger depowered air bag and a driver depowered air bag.
