Graced with smoothly-flowing lines and elegant yet sporty appeal, the beautiful new 2002 Chrysler Sebring Sedan glides to the forefront of another successful year. Not only is it fun to drive and luxurious, it is also an affordable vehicle that is as sensible as its price tag.

Available Models
To provide you with choice, the 2002 Sebring Sedan is offered in two models with a range of standards, options, and packages - Sebring LX Sedan and Sebring LXi Sedan.

Interior Features
New for this year is an optional AM/FM stereo with cassette and CD player. Other standard and optional features include cruise control, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, a 60/40 split folding rear seat for extra cargo space, and a remote keyless entry system. The seating capacity is five passengers in a very spacious and comfortable cabin.

Exterior Features
The athletic four-door Sebring Sedan is now available in three new paint colors to keep the line up current. Chrysler's signature rectangular textured grille an chrome surround provide a classic look to the intelligent design.

Performance
The Sebring LX Sedan checks in with a 2.4-litre, 16-valve, SOHC four-cylinder engine that hits 150 horsepower and 167 lbs-ft of torque. The standard transmission is four-speed automatic.

Powering the Sebring LXi Sedan is an all-aluminum 2.7-litre, DOHC, 24-valve six-cylinder engine that spits out 200 horsepower and 190 lbs-ft of torque for terrific performance. Also built with four-speed automatic transmission, this model offers AutoStick in a package, conveniently combining the characteristics of both manual and automatic transmissions.

Safety and Security
Each Chrysler Sebring Sedan is equipped with standard safety features that include an improved, stronger body, side impact door beams, and front and rear crumple zones. It has received a five-star government rating for both driver and passenger impacts.

The list goes on to include an internal emergency trunk release, driver side air bag, passenger side air bag, three-point seatbelts, head restraints, child safety locks, and child seat tethers and anchors. Side curtain airbags are available as an option.
